Our Park Avenue Residence is located within a tropical sanctuary in the heart of Miami’s Coconut Grove. Our Park Residence is centrally located in Coconut Grove’s most verdurous area. The Grove’s lush greenery surrounds this state-of-the-art single-family residence that creates a sense of modernity mixed with the tranquility of its natural garden.

Upon viewing Park Residence from the street, a beveled concrete frame accentuates a large concrete cantilevered balcony; thus, establishing the strong character of the house. Beautiful natural wood is inset within this framework, doubling as a privacy wall and as a design element.  A linear cove light illuminates these bold features at night.
