Coconut City Villa Model III

Similar to that of its predecessor, our Coconut City Villa III residence invites all guests to enjoy with a master-crafted wooden entry.  The ground floor plan is open, with a centralized stair ushering the residents above, inviting them to experience a symphony of the second floor's instruments: master crafted built-in millwork, clean cut planes of stone, and framed vistas, which are discovered as the rhythm of the centralized staircase proclaims ascension in experience.

After this symphony, the guest will continue vertically, and on the third floor,  the guest will experience a second stanza of the song which is similar to that of the previous; and finally, the song's crescendo results in the visitor arriving upon a beautiful rooftop terrace which is perched amongst Coconut Grove's tranquil treetops and soft mosses.
